The short verdict
Notion AI turns a company wiki into something you can ask questions of — ideal for small teams that keep processes, notes and projects in Notion.
Our Notion AI review
Notion is where many small teams keep SOPs, meeting notes, client trackers and content calendars. Notion AI adds writing help, meeting notes, database autofill and — most usefully — Q&A across your whole workspace and connected tools such as Slack and Google Drive.
AI is now bundled into Notion's Business and Enterprise plans rather than sold as a separate add-on, which makes the maths simple if you are already paying for those tiers. For free or Plus users, AI access is limited.
